Ron Santos was the man behind the motivation to form the
new Squires Circle. He is also active in the Fourth Degree Honor Guards and has been a wonderful asset to our Council
since relocating to the Peoria area from the Chicago area.

Bob Hellrigel has been a faithful Worker at the Friday night Fish Fry, MR/LD drives beginning at the
old Willow Knolls Council Chambers and carrying on through to the present time. Bob is also very active at his Parish, St
Vincent DePaul, as an usher at Mass as well as many other ways he help out. Finally, Bob has been an active collector/distributor
for the "Heart of Illinois Harvest" program for several years. Congratulations Bob and thank you for
all you do.

Congratulations to Jim Dotson, September Knight of the Month.
Jim serves as an Officer of the Council (Outside Guard) as well as works regularly at the Fish Fry. He worked on the
Tootsie Roll Drive, and has enthusiastically worked on scheduling a blood drive.

the Knights of Columbus International Bowling Tournament to Peoria in March and April 2009 and also served as the Chairman
for the Tournament.

Congratulations to Wayne Potts, Knight of the Month for March
2009. Wayne works nearly every week at Bingo with his wife Vicki; works at the Fish Fry; is the current President of
the Bowling League; and plays in the Knights golf League.

January 2009 - Sammy Joseph
Since Sammy has taken charge of the kitchen at the Friday night Fish Friy, we've
heard nothing but compliments on the quality of the food. The Friday Night Fish Fry is the signature event of
our club and it's success is something we take very seriously. Thanks to Sammy for his hard work and efforts in
this endeavor.
